PHC rejects Edwardes College principal’s review plea

PESHAWAR: A Peshawar High Court bench on Thursday rejected review petition filed by the principal of historical Edwardes College Peshawar, challenging last month’s judgment of the court of declaring the college a nationalised educational institution governed by a government constituted Board of Governors (BoG). Peshawar high court strikes down law on retirement age increase

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court on Wednesday declared unconstitutional the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government act of increasing retirement age of government servants from 60 to 63 years by amending the civil servants law.
